The email archiving feature allows users to save incoming, outgoing or mailing list messages for a specified amount of time.
Step by Step Directions
- Login to cPanel.
- Click the Email Archiving Icon in the Mail section.
- Choose which messages to archive by clicking the appropriate boxes.
- Mailing List
- Then select how long to keep the messages using the drop down box that appears.
- When ready, click the Apply to All My Domains button.
Emails will now be archived, and you can download them at any time.
